case study Lyth HillLythHilltoposcope

Lyth Hill
Shrewsbury, Shropshire.

Interpretation and copy writing: Nigel McDonald
Illustration: Alan Duncan

We worked closely from the outset of the project with interpreter Nigel McDonald to develop this toposcope. This provides a range of information for visitors to Lyth Hill, near Shrewsbury in Shropshire. Visitors learn about three distinct aspects of this classic Shropshire view: the geology below the ground; the features on the ground; and reflections on the landscape, revealing what has changed historically.
